Cancelations

When booking your appointment, your credit/debit card information is required to put a deposit down for 50% of your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable in cases in which you cancel or reschedule after 24 hours before your scheduled time. You will be charged 100% of your appointment in cases you no-call-no-show.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to do so 48 hours before your appointment time. This will allow me enough time to accommodate other guests.

 

 

In the case that you are running late, please do your best to contact me to let me know your ETA. Please understand that I may not be able to provide you with your full time as I have to accommodate following appointments for other clients. You are only guaranteed the amount of time of your scheduled appointment.

Masks are no longer required if you're fully vaccinated but you are more than welcome to wear one.

I will be wearing a mask during all services and I am fully vaccinated.
