Cancelations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, make sure to do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment between 13-24 hours or less before your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your service(s). If you cancel or reschedule 12 hours or less before your scheduled time, you will be charged 100% of your service(s).

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to do so 48 hours before your appointment time. This will allow me enough time to accommodate other guests.

 

 

If you are running late, please do your best to contact me to let me know your ETA. Please understand that I may not be able to provide you with your full time as I have to accommodate following appointments for other clients. You are only guaranteed the amount of time of your scheduled appointment.

Masks are no longer required if you're fully vaccinated but you are more than welcome to wear one.
